She is a Southern California native and has lived in, and is very familiar with Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Studio City, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Newport Beach, and Orange County, and can help give you the pros and cons of each area and find the perfect location for you and your pets. Shanna has worked with celebrities, professional athletes, and other high profile individuals and understands their special needs.

Shanna's partner, Maria Hansen, has over 25 years experience in Real Estate, specializing on the entire West Side, and is also a relocation expert. She raised her family traveling all over Europe, and then settled in Pacific Palisades. All three of her children are graduates of Palisades High, and work in the entertainment industry. As you can probably tell, Shanna is a passionate animal lover. She loves spending her time making her dogs happy, going to dog friendly events with them, volunteering with dog rescue groups (especially
